“We looked around at other pool makers and other pools, and people we know own pools, and the ones that always seemed to attract our interest were ones built by Keith Zars.
[Deciding to choose Keith Zars] was a combination of the design of the pool that we saw and the build quality.
All the way through, Bardhi and Tony let us know what was going on and what we were waiting for because there were some things they had to wait for the rest of the house to get done before they could do things. They didn’t want to interfere with the other subs.
It was a fun process and very easy.
Once they started construction, I think it was about six weeks to build, and then when they finally came out and did the finishing with the Pebble Tec – the Pebble Fina – and laid the stones, it was like ‘Oh my gosh, I can’t believe it’s that beautiful!’
It just had everything we wanted, from the big rocks, to the flagstone, to the beachfront entry… it’s a different shape… the spa that’s right off of the master bedroom… Here’s our list [of things we wanted in a pool], and here’s the design, and it all matched up.
It just feels like it’s in a resort.
We’ve had some very nice parties here. People have enjoyed it with us, and that’s one of the big fun things is having other people here in the space that we’ve got to have have the parties. We’ve had a lot of fun with that. We’ve become rather popular!
Little minor things that have come up, all I had to do is send an email to Keith Zars, and they would respond right back right away, ‘Okay, what do you need? When can we come out?’ So any issues I’ve had with touch ups or things like that, no problem. They’ve come right out and took care of it.
That’s one thing we’ve really appreciated is how responsive they’ve been after the pool is done and house built. Everybody else goes on to the next project, and here we are, but [Keith Zars Pools] has been very responsive when needed.
We really enjoy being with Keith Zars, and from start to finish, it’s been a seamless process, and very professional. Everybody that we’ve dealt with has been just amazing.
We haven’t had one bad experience with Keith Zars, and we’re very pleased.”
